Our retirement village on the edge of Caloundra is like being on holiday every day. The village is situated on 45 acres of beautifully landscaped bushland, only minutes from the beach and local town. It combines the amenities of a holiday resort, with the peace and tranquillity of home.

Caloundra Rise is nestled between the golden beaches of Caloundra, the Pumicestone Passage and the dramatic peaks of Captain Cook’s Glasshouse Mountains. Each villa is spacious and beautifully appointed, surrounded by well maintained tropical gardens. The villas are well positioned to maximize the privacy of all residents. However, when our residents want the pleasure of camaraderie, the local community centre is abuzz with friendly neighbours.

One of the residents even started a community TV channel, so residents may share stories and travel photos with others. It is now receiving enquiries from local advertisers wanting to gain the attention of the local residents.
