We’ve got you covered.

Popular Coastal Locations for Retirement Living

2. Sunshine Coast, QLD
Known for its laid-back lifestyle, the Sunshine Coast is home to many retirement villages near beaches such as Mooloolaba and Caloundra. Residents here enjoy a warm climate, scenic surrounds, and strong community connections.

3. Central Coast, NSW
Just an hour north of Sydney, the Central Coast offers coastal charm without the hustle and bustle. Retirement villages in areas like Terrigal, Umina Beach and The Entrance provide the best of relaxed seaside living and modern convenience.

4. Mornington Peninsula, VIC
For those in Victoria, the Mornington Peninsula is a top choice. With stunning bayside towns like Mount Martha and Rosebud, retirees can enjoy coastal living with access to wineries, walking trails, and boutique shopping.

Western Australia’s coastline is just as impressive. Look for retirement villages near Cottesloe, Scarborough or Mandurah for ocean views and an active lifestyle.
