The Village itself which was built in the 1980’s comprises of 31 retirement villas which are leased to a community of outgoing, friendly and active residents who partake in various local community activities at a volunteer level.

The village, adjacent to the Bethel Residential Aged Care Facility welcomes friendships between residents of the village and hostel through organised activities.

A community centre provides access to facilities to enable residents to host functions which includes a library, pool table and tea and coffee making facilities.

Pets are allowed at the village subject to application and good behavior.
