Halls Head Gardens
Halls Head Gardens is a peaceful village with an attractive Spanish influence of whitewashed villas surrounded by delightful gardens. The village is located just three kilometres from Mandurah, a popular spot for aquatic pursuits, close to public transport and just one kilometre from Halls Head Shopping Centre.

There are 46 one and two bedroom villas designed for independent living at Halls Head Gardens. Village amenities include an air-conditioned clubhouse, hairdressing salon, podiatrist, library, pool table, indoor bowls and barbecue facilities. The Halls Head area dominates the southern shoreline of the Peel Inlet estuary and the beaches in the area are among Western Australia’s best.

Location
Hall’s Head is a western suburb of Mandurah, one of Western Australia’s larger regional towns (with a population of about 70,000). Hall’s Head is located on the coast, with one of the most popular beaches being Doddies Beach. This is a beach where residents can enjoy a barbecue on the foreshore, have a coffee at the cafe directly across the road or take a leisurely walk by the ocean.

The area is known as the unofficial gateway to the South West and boasts a lot of tourist attractions, particularly water attractions. There are major fishing and crabbing areas, plus frequent dolphin and whale watching in neighbouring settlements Bunbury and Rockingham.

The area has what is described as a typical Mediterranean climate, with warm summers and cool winters. In summer time temperatures range from 19-40 degrees, with an average daily temperature of 27 degrees. Whereas in winter time, the average minimum is 9 degrees and the average maximum is 15 degrees.

Other attractions in the area include national parks, two zoos and a miniature village.
