Helping Hand

We are a not-for-profit organisation and have over 7,000 clients living in our facilities across metropolitan and regional South Australia.

We have been established since 1953 and offer residential aged care, home care and retirement living.

We have one, two and three bedroom retirement villas available for maximum independence and privacy.

Many of our retirement villages are located close to a Helping Hand aged care facility, this means that you are welcome to participate in the aged care facility activities if you wish. You can also take advantage of the facility services including visiting health services, facility cafes and restaurants and more.

Your independent living unit can be furnished as you wish and is your home, however Helping Hand will take care of all the gardening and maintenance for you. This allows you to enjoy your retirement without having to worry about upkeep and maintenance.
