Villas

Villas are available as two or three bedroom homes with spacious living areas, air-conditioning – perfect for those wanting to live an independent and self-sufficient lifestyle.

Bay Villas are brand new and feature modern fixtures and exquisite detailing. Features include:

Atrium Villas are newly refurbished and renovated and offer stylish fixtures and modern appointments.

All the villas are single storey dwellings fitted with high quality fixtures and are tastefully decorated. Kitchens feature modern appliances and bedrooms are spacious with built in wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms.

Serviced Apartments

Serviced Apartments at Laguna Estate are prefect for those who require an extra level of care. Three meals are served daily – breakfast, lunch & dinner. Ingredients for a continental breakfast are delivered to your apartment. You have the choice of eating lunch in the communal dining room or in the privacy of your own apartment.

Apartments are cleaned once a week with fresh linen supplied. Each apartment is fitted with an emergency call button which is monitored 24-hours a day. A pendant call button is available on request.
