741’s independent living units have been custom built to provide safe, affordable and stylish accommodation to local seniors. Residents are offered a safe and secure environment where they can choose a private lifestyle or take part in community activities with like-minded individuals.

Two and two plus bedroom units are available, varying in size and layout. Each unit features a spacious open plan living and dining area, designer kitchen (with Bosch stainless steel appliances & stone benchtops), built-in wardrobes, ensuite bathroom, laundry, car space, small garden space. Ample parking for visitors is available within the village.

The luxurious Community Centre is located at the heart of the village and is ideal for social gatherings and celebrations. Regular social activities are offered including indoor bowls, cards and happy hour.
