There are 16 one-bedroom units that share a tranquil communal garden.
Daily fees apply and cover land rates, water rates, maintenance and gardening. The resident is responsible for their own utility fees.
When the time comes, Uniting AgeWell makes the sometimes difficult process of moving into residential aged care seamless. Priority is given to Uniting AgeWell independent retirement living residents when transitioning to one of their aged care facilities.
